- Laminam S.p.A.established in 2001 to create “the largest and thinnest ceramic slab ever seen” for various applications in the construction sector, as well as in the furnishing and design sectors.
- Nuova Era, an already successful company in the industrial automation sector. It was acquired in 2005 to launch end-of-line and storing machines.
- Serigrafica Tosi whose acquisition in 2007 enabled System to increase its know-how in terms of ceramics graphics and design, decoration technologies and laser-engraving technologies for cylinders.
- Diamond Phoenix a US leader in the handling systems sector, was acquired by System Logistics in 2009 to obtain a significant business advantage in Canada and the US.
